Pricing

$660.00 incl. GST for the preparation of a contract for the sale of a residential property, plus $34.00 per title search required.

If you require a contract for a non-residential property, we will advise you of our fee before proceeding.

How to pay

We'll send you an invoice for the contract preparation within one (1) business day. We can start working on your contract when payment is received.
