Established in 2007.
We began as Sproal & Associates Specialist Conveyancers in 2007, a conveyancing firm established by Barry Sproal and backed by Barry’s formidable knowledge of property law.
Our vision was to create a property-focused firm people can trust to provide the highest quality service without feeling the factory feel. Our commitment to continuous improvement, desire for knowledge, and enthusiasm for efficiency has ensured that this vision remains true.
We’ve progressed and expanded over the years, becoming a law firm in 2012.
Today, we’re known simply as Sproal.
Owned by Barry Sproal, Angie Sproal and Penny Sproal.
We are a boutique law firm operating exclusively in the property law and conveyancing space in Tasmania.
Unlike most law firms, we refuse to spread ourselves too thinly. We know what we’re good at and work hard at it. And that’s what makes us the best at it.
Conveyancing is our niche, but we offer complementary services in subdivisions, commercial leases, wills, and estates.
