How it works

Submit your contract via the below form between the hours of 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday to Thursday (excluding public holidays), and we will provide you with a written review within 24 hours.

We'll need to run a conflict check before we confirm our ability to act for you.

Pricing

$330 incl GST for a written review of a contract for the sale or purchase of residential property in the standard Law Society of Tasmania Contract for Sale of Real Estate in Tasmania (2018) form.

$34.00 per title search and plan, if required.

Discount

If you are unsuccessful with the property sale or purchase connected to the prior contract review, get 25% off any further contract reviews within a six-month period of the initial review.

How to pay

We'll send you an invoice for the contract preparation. We can start working on your review as soon as evidence of payment is received.
